Home WiFi installations
Domestic Wi-Fi expectations have changed. Streaming, gaming, working from home and smart home devices all depend on strong coverage throughout the property. When these units are linked together through Cat6 cabling, they operate as a coordinated network rather than as individual devices, allowing seamless roaming throughout the property.
At the centre of our UniFi installations sits the Cloud Gateway Ultra. This unit acts as the network controller and security gateway, managing every access point, switch and connected device from a single, cloud-enabled dashboard. It enables us to configure and optimise the entire system before arriving on site, which shortens installation time and ensures everything performs correctly from day one.
Once installed, the Cloud Gateway Ultra continually monitors the network. It identifies interference, congested channels or weak areas and allows us to make adjustments remotely when required. For commercial buildings, the gateway can run separate networks for staff, guests, payment terminals and CCTV, all securely isolated while still being easy for the customer to use. Landlords and multi-unit property owners benefit from clear oversight of every access point and switch in one place, making ongoing management and future expansion simple.
